A measurable performance promise.
Pay $1,500 upfront for the build and first month. If Hank handles at least 10 genuine booking opportunities during the first 30 days after a tested, working launch and produces zero confirmed bookings, you qualify for a full $1,500 refund. Spam, tests, wrong numbers and duplicate inquiries do not count. Genuine opportunities Hank mishandles still count. If volume is below 10, you may choose one additional 30-day evaluation without another service charge. Conditions and booking setup are agreed before payment.
- Before payment, we review recent call records where available and agree on your service area, offered services, appointment availability and booking workflow. Estimates are identified as estimates; lower actual volume alone is not evidence of dishonesty.
- The 30-day evaluation starts after routing and the agreed booking workflow pass launch checks. A genuine booking opportunity is a unique caller seeking an offered service in your agreed service area that your business can fulfill. Spam, tests, wrong numbers and duplicate inquiries are excluded.
- A booking means a confirmed appointment in the agreed calendar or booking system. A captured name, call summary, booking attempt or proposed callback is not a confirmed booking. This booking-based offer requires a supported and tested booking workflow.
- At least 10 genuine opportunities and zero confirmed bookings qualify for a refund of the full $1,500 upfront payment. One booking does not establish return on investment or excuse service defects.
- Keep the agreed routing active, business information accurate and appointment capacity available. We document interruptions and give you a chance to correct them. We do not exclude genuine opportunities Hank mishandles, or use our own routing, software or integration failure to deny a remedy.
- Below 10 opportunities, the evaluation is insufficient volume, not a success. You may agree to one additional 30-day evaluation without another service charge. You may instead cancel future service. Insufficient volume alone does not qualify for the zero-booking refund. Any extension and the next billing date are confirmed with you before further billing.
- Contact Mike for the results review or a refund request. We review call and booking evidence with you and allow disputed exclusions to be reviewed by a person. A refund is not silently approved or denied by an AI label.
- This is the new standard paid Hank offer. The postcard-recipient pilot and previously agreed trials retain their own terms. Existing signed agreements are not rewritten by this page.
