A conditional $1,500 performance refund.

Pay $1,500 upfront for the build and first month. If Hank handles at least 10 genuine booking opportunities during the first 30 days after a tested, working launch and produces zero confirmed bookings, you qualify for a full $1,500 refund. Spam, tests, wrong numbers and duplicate inquiries do not count. Genuine opportunities Hank mishandles still count. If volume is below 10, you may choose one additional 30-day evaluation without another service charge. Conditions and booking setup are agreed before payment.

Cancelling is un-forwarding your phone.

After the first month it is $497 a month, month-to-month. There is no contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee, and nobody you have to talk out of it. You point your number back where it was and Hank stops answering. If you leave and come back later, a new $1,500 build is required, because the persona gets re-tuned from scratch.

The company is headquartered in Marietta, Georgia. Hank answers your phone, and phones work the same everywhere, so the service and the price are identical whether you are in Kennesaw or Kansas — everything after the build happens by phone and email regardless.

What Metro Atlanta gets is the part that does not scale: Mike drives out, sits in your shop, and builds it in front of you — Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Acworth, Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Decatur and the surrounding metro. Outside that radius the same build happens over a screen share, and it takes the same 48 hours.

If this business closes, you keep everything.

Every customer owns a full export of their calls, transcripts, persona configuration, and captured leads. In a shutdown scenario you get at least 30 days written notice, a final export of all of it, and written instructions for porting your phone number to a replacement service. Nothing is held in a proprietary format, and your number was always yours. That commitment is Section 16 of our Terms, carved out of the liability cap.
