How to read these guides
Useful beats impressive.
We sell and support automation, so we have a point of view. That is not a reason to make every answer lead to our product. These guides explain the alternatives, including keeping the tools you already have.

- Facts have sources. Vendor claims link to official documentation. Features and prices can change after the verification date.
- Observations have limits. A test call is not a customer case study or a controlled benchmark. Illustrative examples are labeled.
- Recommendations have conditions. We explain when a choice fits and what would make us reconsider.
- Corrections stay visible. Each guide includes a source-check date and revision notes. Older writing has not automatically received this newer review standard.
Keep exploring.
The original writing archive is still here, including articles about estimates, follow-up, and choosing a consultant. Dates matter when reading older software advice.
